We are a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting generous supporters with practical help for vulnerable children and families.
Through education, nutrition, and opportunities to develop skills, we support community-led work that helps people move forward with dignity.
Our story
From personal loss to a purpose of care.
Following profound family loss, our founder, Venunye Djentuh, helped establish Ryvanz-Mia Childcare in Kpando, Ghana, in 2006. The work grew from a commitment to give children facing hardship care, encouragement, and opportunities to learn.
In 2020, Ryvanz-Mia Charity Corp received U.S. 501(c)(3) recognition. The U.S. charity raises resources and develops partnerships to support approved charitable programs carried out with the Ghana organization and other documented local partners.
